![]() | 1/2 tsp. ginger paste1/2 tsp. garlic paste To taste: Salt METHOD: In a bowl mix whole milk yogurt, ginger, garlic paste, cumin and coriander powder. Add fresh lemon juice, grain mustard, gram flour, a pinch of fresh cilantro and salt to taste. Marinate halibut in mixture for at least 30 min. Pan sear both sides of halibut, then finish in oven for 7-9 minutes. For Potatoes: Boil purple potato, then peel and cut into small pieces. Sauté potato with chopped garlic and salt to taste.
