Kevin was born and raised in coastal New Hampshire.
He got his start as a professional pilot in 1983 and took to the air in Sky7 ten years later.
In Sky7, Kevin combines his love for flying with his love for news. He uses Sky7 as a tool to bring viewers the latest information on breaking news and big stories throughout New England.
Kevin and his wife have two sons.

John Thompson began his career as a news photographer in Syracuse, NY in 1969.
11 years later, he moved to Boston and joined 7News.
In 1997, John moved from the ground to the air and joined the SKY 7 team.
Since then, he has logged over 5,000 hours in the air covering countless news events from Sky 7.
