Passenger sues Southwest after being burnt by tea

UNDATED (WHDH) -- A passenger is suing Southwest Airlines for being burned by a hot cup of tea.
The woman was seated in the front row of the plane - which didn't have a pull-down tray to set the tea on.
When the tea spilled - the seatbelt kept her from reacting quickly.
The lawsuit claims the flight attendants didn't help her after she was burned and didn't warn her about the hot water.
