Twitter rolls out photo filters for smartphones

UNDATED (WHDH) -- Twitter has rolled-out its own library of retro filters for its Android and iPhone apps.

The additions came after the social media site said it lost the ability to display images from the Facebook-owned Instagram.

Twitter has eight filters including desaturated, black and white, and high contrast.
