Upper Crust heads to court on sale of assets

BOSTON (WHDH) -- A hearing was scheduled be held Friday in U.S. bankruptcy court on the sale of four former upper crust locations.
The assets of the stores were sold to the highest bidder at auction last week but a lawyer representing former employees has filed an objection to the sale alleging that the buyer has ties to the restaurant's founder.
Upper Crust filed for bankruptcy in October with more than three-million dollars in debts.
