Melissa Loumi - Watertown High School
I am nominating Melissa Loumi for this award because she exemplifies excellence in academics, leadership and commitment to her school.
Melissa was chosen to be one out of two students to be in the head master screening committee. To participate in this committee, students were deciding the up and coming principle.
Melissa also teaches a peer advisory group of freshman students and guides them through the challenges of being a freshman.
In the month of March 2013, Melissa was chosen to take on the lead role of being Rosie in the schools first musical, Bye Bye Birdie. Melissa showed professionalism and character.
After stating some of the reasons why I believe Melissa should be nominated for this award, I hope you will consider her a nominee.
