TO ALL OUR VIEWERS WHO ARE HAVING SIGNAL PROBLEMS:

Like a number of TV stations across the country, WHDH is experiencing signal difficulties following the digital transition that took place Friday.

We are working with the FCC to try to correct this problem.

But until this issue is solved, we will immediately start simulcasting our digital signal on Channel 7 and Channel 42.

Channel 42 is where many of you who use antennae TV watched 7News and your favorite NBC shows before the switch.

In order to see us again on channel 42, you'll need to rescan your televisions or converter boxes.

You need to do this even if you used to watch us on channel 42 without a problem.

Rescanning instructions
  - press "menu" on your remote
  - choose one of the following
         auto scan
         channel scan
         auto installation

If you are getting our signal right now - then you don't need to do anything.

But if you have relatives or neighbors who are having trouble getting our signal we ask that you pass this info on to them or send them a link to this page for details.
