Tributes to Julia Child commemorate her 100th birthday

BOSTON (WHDH) -- Tributes are popping up online to famed chef Julia Child.

She died in 2004 but would have celebrated her 100th birthday today.

Child, who lived in Cambridge for 40 years, is featured on Google’s main page.

PBS honored child by creating an auto-tune video from clips of the show.

In June, PBS released a similar video starring Mister Rogers.
