Taylor Swift gets Kennedy stamp of approval

BOSTON (WHDH) -- Taylor Swift's move to the Kennedy compound is getting the family's approval.

Ethel Kennedy said she is thrilled her grandson's girlfriend will be her neighbor.

The 22-year-old singer bought a home on the compound in August.

Despite the couple's 4 year age gap, Ethel said Swift is a great match for her grandson.

“She is just spectacular. She is sensational inside and out. You know what she really is? She’s game. She has never sailed before - she sailed. She had never gone dragging before - she dragged. I’m happy that we will be neighbors. I’m thrilled,” said Ethel Kennedy, wife of Robert Kennedy.

Taylor Swift and Connor Kennedy have been dating since July.
