Facebook prank makes the site think you're dead

UNDATED (WHDH) -- It is apparently easy to convince Facebook someone is dead.

The website Buzzfeed reported a person simply needs to send a user's email address and the obituary showing a similar name to Facebook, and the victim of the prank is then considered to be dead.

The victim then has to convince Facebook he or she is still alive.
