UNDATED (WHDH) -- 2013 was not off to a good start for Justin Bieber. The teen heartthrob said sorry after pictures were taken of the teen sensation smoking what appeared to be a joint.

This came just days after a paparazzo was killed while trying to take pictures of Bieber's Ferrari.

The pop-star addressed his millions of twitter followers, “Every day growing and learning, trying to be better. You get knocked down. You get up.”
