UNDATED (WHDH) -- This cake is worthy of one of the biggest pop stars in the world.
A Phoenix baker got some inspiration from watching Lady Gaga.
He made a life-sized model of the singer -- completely out of cake.
It weighs 180 pounds - 80 of which come from the frosting and fondant alone.
He said his Gaga masterpiece isn't for sale.
