LOS ANGELES (NBC) -- The Golden-Globe winning actors and actresses had a good year on the big screen in 2012.

This year’s award winners are gearing up for another big year at a theater near you.

“We’re prepping for this movie,” said actor Bradley Cooper. “Another movie with David O. Russell with Christian Bale and Jeremy Renner. I had to perm my hair today. We did camera tests today and we were playing with this idea of him having curly hair."

Cooper also joins Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes in an all star in a crime drama called “The Place beyond the Pines.”

George Clooney’s schedule is packed too. His representative confirmed to E! News that Clooney has completed a film called “Gravity.” Clooney also starts “The Monuments Men” next month in Germany. He’s also attached to “1952” that hasn’t begun shooting yet.

In the pipeline for Clooney’s “Argo” producing partner, Ben Affleck, is the film “Runner, Runner” with Justin Timberlake. The two were photographed filming a scene in Puerto Rico.

Affleck will also team up with his “Good Will Hunting” buddy Matt Damon to bring the story of a legendary Boston mobster to the big screen.

Jennifer Lawrence is gearing up for “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.” Katniss and crew will be back in theaters next November.

Jessica Chastain’s representative told E! News that she has completed “The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby,” which is now in post production.

This year is shaping up to be another good one for Anne Hathaway. She reportedly is set to star in an adaptation of William Shakespeare’s “Taming of the Shrew.”

Cooper and Hathaway have already-finished movies set for release soon. Hathaway’s voice work in “Rio Two” will come out in theaters next year. “The Place Beyond the Pines” starring Cooper will come out in March and “Hangover 3” will hit theaters May 24.
