BOSTON (WHDH) -- Will Ferrell and Zach Galifianakis boarded a duck boat to promote their new movie on Monday.
The actors play rival candidates in the political comedy "The Campaign." On Monday, they hit the campaign trail in Boston to court moviegoers aboard a politically themed duck boat.
The comedic duo is in town promoting their new movie, taking a memorable ride through our historic city to see the sites, and at times taking over the megaphone.
“Hello one percenters nobody likes you. Thanks not keeping jobs in America,” Ferrell yelled.
Their movie is about two rival congressional candidates ready to bury each other in mudslinging. And with any political candidate who's in town, there was no escaping questions from 7's Political Editor Andy Hiller.
“Any relationship between your campaign and the campaign that’s going on in the country?” Hiller asked.
“No. I think ours is being run more smartly,” Ferrell answered.
The pair stopped in to see the USS Constitution, shaking hands and meeting the crew.
They signed some autographs and walked the streets of Boston looking as if they really were on the campaign trail.
