UNDATED (WHDH) -- Controversial singer Chris Brown is once again raising eyebrows.
Some say his new tattoo on his neck, looks like the face of his former girlfriend Rihanna.
Brown’s rep says it’s a Mexican sugar skull, and has nothing to do with his ex-girlfriend Rihanna.
Brown was convicted of assaulting Rihanna back in 2009.
