Yoko Ono reveals insight into Beatles break-up

UNDATED (WHDH) -- Newly released interviews revealed more insight as to why the legendary Beatles called it quits.

John Lennon’s widow Yoko Ono described the band breakup as a ‘divorce’ and put part of the blame on Paul McCartney. Ono said, “They were getting to be like ‘Paul’s band’, which they didn't like."

Ono also said the breakup put strains on her relationship with Lennon, noting that the late icon often missed his band mates.
