BOSTON (WHDH) -- The little girl known as "Mrs. Bieber" will be making an appearance on the "Stand Up to cancer" special Friday night.
Merrimac’s Avalanna Routh has a very rare form of cancer.
The six-year old became close with Justin Bieber after her wish to meet him was granted.
Several different TV networks are teaming up to broadcast the event.
