Car crashes into Hanover business

HANOVER, Mass. (WHDH) -- A car crashed into the front of a Supercuts store in Hanover on Wednesday.

A car crashed all the way into the business. A witness said the female driver had been at a tanning salon next door and accidentally hit the gas instead of the brakes.

“It’s a little crazy. We weren’t expecting it, obviously. We’re just thankful no one was in the waiting room and nobody was hurt,” said Stephanie Florentina, Supercuts manager.

Two employees and one customer were inside at the time.

An employee at the tanning salon, who had spoken to the driver just moments earlier, said the women walked away unharmed.

Police have not said if charges will be filed.
