South Easton teen appears in court for deadly crash
EASTON, Mass. (WHDH) -- A South Easton teenager was court Monday for a Labor Day car crash.
The 17-year-old is accused of running into a 71-year old man and his dog and killing them.
The teen was driving home from football practice when he smashed into a tree. Monday’s hearing will determine if there is enough evidence for additional charges. The driver already faces speeding and negligent operation.
