MSPCA-Nevins Farm Pet of the Week: Dunn the Dog
Dunn the dog is 60 pounds of pure energy and adorable friendliness. This 10-month-old Pit Bull mix came to the MSPCA-Nevins Farm in Methuen, Mass. as a stray. Staffers are unsure if Dunn has ever known the stability of a forever home or the love of an individual owner or family. Because of this he would probably do best in a home with adults or teens who can understand when he needs some alone time. While he may not be the most outgoing dog in the shelter he’s the perfect match for someone looking to develop a close bond with a young and wonderfully sweet canine.
Dunn needs plenty of exercise so an active owner is best: someone who wants to go on walks, runs, hikes and – of course – spend lots of time at the dog park. He is in great health, neutered and will be microchipped prior to going to his forever home.
