Judge schedules new trial for Amy Bishop

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (AP) -- A judge has scheduled a new trial date for a former college professor accused of killing three colleagues at the University of Alabama in Huntsville.

Amy Bishop is now scheduled for trial September 10th. The former Massachusetts resident is charged separately in the 1986 shotgun slaying of her brother in Braintree.
