MSPCA-Angell's Pet of the Week: Mookie the Dog
Attention Frisbee lovers! 12-year-old Jack Terrier mix Mookie is king of the yard when the frisbee is in play. This spirited boy arrived at the MSPCA-Angell Adoption Center on July 21 when his owners could no longer take care of him. His easy personality and joyful demeanor have won him many fans and MSPCA staffers hope to find the perfect home for a dog whose energy and passion defy his age.
Mookie has met all manner of dogs and cats at the Adoption Center and seems to have a preference for smaller dogs. The MSPCA believes he’ll do fine in a home with other animals (and children) but, as always, recommends gradual introductions to other human and animal companions in the home. Mookie is in excellent health and, because he’s already neutered, he is ready to go home today!
