Police seek sling-shot vandal

LYNN, Mass. -- Police in Lynn are trying to catch the person shooting out windows on Union Street.

Windows have been shattered 11 times during the past couple of months, police said they believe the person responsible is using a sling-shot.

The repair costs are running business owners hundreds of dollars.

Business owners said the attacks are happening early in the morning, before day shift employees arrive.
