Daycare owners under arrest after biting incident
FALL RIVER, Mass. -- Following an incident in which two toddlers were badly bitten by another child at a daycare in Fall River, the owners of the daycare are now under arrest.
The owners are charged with endangering a child. Police say the married couple who run the daycare never called for medical treatment.
A two-year-old girl was bitten 12 times by a one-year-old girl and the bites caused severe injury that may require surgery.
The second victim, a one-year-old boy, was reportedly bitten in the temple.
Authorities continue to investigate the situation.
