BOSTON -- Boston Police busted a Jamaica Plain store for thousands of dollars worth of knock-off merchandise.

Police raided the "Super Mario Store" on Washington Street.

With an expert’s help, they seized 50 pairs of True Religion jeans, 21 North Face jackets, and fakes of Gucci, Coach, Oakley, and others.

The two brothers who own the store, Mario and Daniel Cabrail, now face felony charges.

“It’s buyer beware. A lot of them know, they have an idea that if it’s the price of what you’re paying, you’re not getting the real thing. ‘Cause you have an Ed Hardy t-shirt, which goes for $80, and you’re buying it for $30,” said an officer.

The store owners were actually caught selling fake merchandise last year as well, and still haven't paid a $5,500 judgment to Nike from that case.
