Thousands get buzzed for charity in Boston

BOSTON -- The city of Boston was buzzing for charity Saturday.

Thousands showed up for a trim at the "buzz-a-thon" on Boston Common.

Each participant raised money in order to get their haircut. All proceeds go to the Starlight Children’s Foundation of New England -- an organization that helps children battling serious illnesses.
