Fugitive White Bulger still at large

UNDATED – He’s a killer, a career criminal, and also very good at being a fugitive.

He is one of the FBI's most wanted men, and for 12 years and counting, the question has been asked, “where's whitey?"

James "Whitey" Bulger has officially been on the lam for 12 years as of today.

Suspected sightings, including one in London, and at a screening of "The Departed" in San Diego last fall, haven't led to the fugitive crime boss' arrest.

Also today, the Boston Globe reports a federal grand jury will continue to investigate whether Whitey's brother, former UMass President Billy Bulger, and his family, obstructed justice.
