Brother of infamous 'Whitey' Bulger not to face criminal charges

UNDATED -- South Boston native, William Bulger will not face criminal charges.
According to the Globe, federal prosecutors have decided against the charges.
That brings an end to six-year investigation.
The former senate president and UMass chancellor has been accused of obstructing efforts to capture his brother, James "Whitey" Bulger.
The U.S. Attorney's office said there was not enough evidence to prosecute him.
"Whitey", a longtime FBI informant, is accused of 19 murders and tops the FBI’s most wanted list.
