REVERE, Mass. -- A city councilor from Revere is facing charges of driving under the influence after allegedly causing a crash near his house.
Mark Casella slammed into his neighbor's parked car outside his Geneva Street home.He suffered a gash on his forehead and had to be in the hospital overnight.
A neighbor who saw the scene unfold was the one to blow the whistle.
Casella was cited for driving under the influence and recklessly operating to endanger.
He'll be in court later this month.
