Carbon monoxide scare at Rockland nursing home
ROCKLAND, Mass. -- A suspected carbon monoxide leak at nursing home sent several people to the hospital on Monday afternoon.
Two employees and 14 residents of the Tiffany II Nursing Home at 56 West Water Street in Rockland were taken to the hospital. All of the victims are being looked at as a precaution.
Fire officials said they are not sure how many may have been exposed to the carbon monoxide, but some people are showing signs of exposure.
The leak was discovered when carbon monoxide detectors went off.
