Mother, baby in stroller hit by car; driver charged with DWI

EPPING, N.H. -- An Epping, New Hampshire, woman has been charged with drunken driving after police say she struck a mother and 2-month-old baby who was in a stroller.
Investigators say 52-year-old Pamela Stilkey hit the two as they walked on the side of a road Tuesday afternoon, sending them flying.
Police say 33-year-old Tanya MacLean of Barrington suffered serious, but not life-threatening, injuries. Her infant son escaped serious injury.
