SUDBURY, Mass. - Police arrested a Dedham man Thursday who tried to buy guns online with a stolen credit card.
Stephen Deberardinis, 32, purchased weapons on a hunting and fishing gear website with a credit card that was reported stolen to Sudbury Police.
An investigation revealed the credit card was used to buy a rifle and a handgun that were to be delivered to a home on Marlborough Rd.
In cooperation with UPS security, the delivery of the second package was arranged and intercepted when Deberardinis arrived to pick it up.
He was arrested and arraigned in Framingham District Court.
