Firefighters injured while battling Cambridge fire
BOSTON -- Three firefighters were injured while battling a 4-alarm fire in Cambridge Tuesday morning.
Flames with heavy smoke broke out around 8:15 a.m. at 72 Lexington Avenue.
The fire spread to two neighboring homes.
At least three firefighters were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
Nine families were left homeless.
It was unclear how the fire started.
