BOSTON (WHDH) -- Change is ahead for roads and bridges under the governor's proposed budget. He says tax revenue will go to much-needed restructuring and repairs.
“It means taking the busiest interchange, in the whole of the commonwealth, the 1-93 and 1-95 connection and reconstructing it to make it simpler, safer and more efficient, giving you back time,” said Governor Deval Patrick.
Governor Patrick says his tax plan is about making investments for the future.
