First lawsuit filed in Boston tour bus crash

BOSTON (WHDH) -- Two weeks after the tour bus crash in Boston that left dozens injured, the family of one of the victims filed the first lawsuit in the incident.

They are suing Calvary Coach, the owner of the company, and the bus driver.

Thirty students and chaperones from Pennsylvania were on the bus when it crashed into an overpass on Soldiers Field Road.

Police said the driver had missed signs about height restrictions.
