Tobin Bridge to be first site of new tolling system

BOSTON (WHDH) -- The Tobin Bridge will be the first site of a new tolling system in Massachusetts.
The new "open-road" tolling program would get rid of traditional toll booths.
Instead, drivers would be automatically billed.
The state's department of transportation said the move will save $50 million dollars a year.
