MSPCA-Nevins Farm Pet of the Week: Knuckles the Dog
Knuckles is the perfect name for this sweet and playful Pit Bull mix dog.
He is equal parts goofy, playful and funny and he fills hearts with laughter at the MSPCA-Nevins Farm, where he is living until a permanent home can be found for him. Knuckles would do well in an active family who can give him plenty of exercise and outdoor playtime. The staff continues to instill basic behavior training it Knuckles and he now knows basic commands like “sit,” “down” and he will come when called. He is also house-trained and crate-trained!
Because Knuckles is big and energetic (and still just a puppy), he would do best with adult owner or a family with teens or older kids. He loves dogs and would love to have dog friends as well. He probably would be too much to handle for cats so a home with cats is not ideal.
Knuckles is neutered, up to date on all of his shots, microchipped and perfectly healthy. The only thing he doesn’t have is a home. And hopefully that will change soon!
