Bombing suspect's death certificate
BOSTON (WHDH) -- Boston Marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev’s death certificate was released Friday.
The death certificate states Tsarnaev was shot by police and then run over and dragged by a motor vehicle on Laurel Street near the intersection of Dexter Avenue in Watertown. Tsarnaev was pronounced dead at 1:35 a.m. on April 19. The cause of death was gunshot wounds of the torso and extremities and blunt trauma to the head and torso.
Tsarnaev was buried at the Al-Barzakh Muslim Cemetery in Doswell, Virginia on May 9, 2013, according to the death certificate.
