Developers break ground for Millennium Tower
BOSTON, Mass. (WHDH) -- On Tuesday developers of the Millennium Tower broke ground in Downtown Crossing.
The 60-floor tower will be home to apartments, offices, stores restaurants and a supermarket.
It will also be Boston’s 4th tallest building.
Developers said that it will not be easy to undertake a project this large in downtown Boston, but that the end result will be worth it
"The views in the upper half of this building will be unparalleled and likely to be never produced again here in downtown Boston,” one of the partners said.
The project will cost more than $600 million,
