Clogged drains caused State House flooding

BOSTON -- The recent flooding at the State House was caused by a pair of clogged drains on top of the Beacon Hill landmark.
The flooding at the Great Hall happened last week.
The building has repeatedly suffered water damage in the past. Recently, two historic murals and trimming in the House Chamber were affected.
