Man linked to Mattapan murders back in Mass.

BOSTON -- Kimani Washington, who has been linked to the Mattapan shootings, was transported back to Massachusetts from New Hampshire on Tuesday.
With his legs shackled, his orange jumpsuit was barely visible as the garage door closed behind him at the Boston Police Headquarters.
Washington, 34, was arrested in Manchester, New Hampshire earlier this month. Washington is charged in connection with the quadruple homicide that happened in Mattapan last month.
Four people died in the shootings, including 21-year old Eyanna Flonory and her 2-year old son, Amani; Flonory's boyfriend, 21-year old Simba Martin and 22-year old Levaughn Washum-Garrisson. A fifth shooting victim, 32-year-old Marcus Hurd, is on life support at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
Washington was charged with two counts of unlawful possession of a firearm and receiving a stolen motor vehicle. He has not been charged in connections with the murders.
Washington was tracked down in Manchester, New Hampshire several days after the murders. There he went before a judge and waved extradition back to Massachusetts. He was escorted by no less than a dozen officers back to Boston, where he was taken to police headquarters.
Washington is on his way to jail and will be in court on Wednesday for his arraignment.
