3rd man arrested in connection with Mattapan murders

BOSTON -- Police arrested a third man on Wednesday in connection with the murders of four people in Mattapan back in September.
Edward Washington, 31, of Dorchester, has been charged with four counts of murder, home invasion, armed robbery, and other charges.
Washington is the cousin of Kimani Washington, who is currently being held on $500,000 for gun and drug charges related to the murders.
On Sept. 28, Levaughn Washum-Garrison, Simba Martin, Eyanna Flonory and her 2-year-old son, Amani Smith were shot and killed on Woolson Street. A fifth shooting victim remains in critical condition.
Police arrested Kimani Washington on Oct. 2, and then brought Dwayne Moore into custody on Nov. 22, charging him with four counts of murder.
