Tisdale family hires attorney, blames airport

MILTON, Mass. -- The family of Delvonte Tisdale has hired an attorney.

The 16-year-old boy was found dead near a wooded area of Milton last November.

Investigators said he fell to his death from an airplane.

Tisdale’s family is now putting the blame on Charlotte International Airport. They claim lax security allowed Delvonte to sneak into the wheel well of a plane.

New congressman Bill Keating has called for a hearing into Tisdale’s death.
