Anti-Scott Brown PAC seeks new outlets after ban

BOSTON -- A political action committee targeting Republican U.S. Sen. Scott Brown has released what it's calling "an extensive research report" on his record, while vowing to refrain from launching new political ads.
Liz Morningstar, executive director of the Rethink Political Action Committee, says the group will continue its mission of exposing what she called the gap between Brown's rhetoric and his Senate record.
Morningstar says the group will honor the spirit of an agreement signed by Brown and his chief Democratic rival Elizabeth Warren designed to discourage attack ads by political action committees and other third party groups.
Morningstar, the former executive director of Democratic Gov. Deval Patrick's campaign committee, says the PAC will continue to inform voters using the news media, social media and other outlets not covered by the deal
