BOSTON (WHDH) -- Jurors agreed on verdicts in 10 of the 19 indictments in the trial of two men who are accused of gunning down a toddler and three adults during a drug robbery in Mattapan in September 2010.

Edward Washington and Dwayne Moore are each facing four counts of murder in connection with a drug deal gone badly. They are also facing attempted murder for shooting and paralyzing a fifth man.

Jurors indicated they are deadlocked on the nine remaining indictments. The judge sealed the 10 verdicts on Monday.

Jurors will return to court on Tuesday at 9 a.m. where they will be further instructed by Judge Christine McEvoy.
