MA native accused of shooting wife in Fla.

CHARLESTOWN, Mass. (WHDH) -- A fugitive with ties to Massachusetts is being accused of shooting his pregnant wife before being wounded in a police shootout in Florida.
Marvin Jones, 22, of Charlestown, Mass. has been on the run from authorities in connection with a robbery in New Hampshire. He turned up in Florida on Saturday night.
Police say he shot his wife in a domestic dispute outside the Daytona Beach Airport. Officers chased Jones from the scene in his car and the suspect opened fire. Police shot back, hitting Jones.
Jones’ wife is hospitalized in serious condition. Jones is expected to survive with his injuries.
