Charges filed in death of pregnant Medford woman

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (WHDH) -- Charges have been filed in connection with a deadly crash that killed a pregnant Medford woman.
Rosa Rivera Kim has been charged with two counts of DUI manslaughter and property damage.
Toxicology tests show Kim had a blood alcohol level three times the legal limit when she hit and killed Alanna Demella and her unborn baby.
Demella was on vacation with her husband in Fort Lauderdale in March when Kim’s car crashed into her hotel's poolside cabana.
Demella died at the scene. Her husband was treated for minor injuries.
