Chelsea man critical after being struck by bus

CHELSEA, Mass. (AP) -- State police say a 50-year-old man has been hospitalized in critical condition after being struck by a bus.

The Chelsea man was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital with potential life-threatening injuries after he was struck by a BoltBus passenger bus just after midnight on Monday on Route 16 westbound.

The bus was operated by a Brockton man. No charges have been filed.

No names were released and the investigation is ongoing.
