BOSTON (WHDH) -- Graduation was all the buzz when a swarm of bees made a guest appearance at Boston University’s commencement Sunday.
Beekeepers said the bees were following their queen to a new hive, and they all stopped to take a break on a single chair.
A 7News viewer caught a video of the beekeepers. They took away the whole chair with the bees on it and put them in a plastic trash bin.
The B.U. Beekeepers Club plans to give the swarm a new home in a hive by the Charles River.
