Boston man charged in run-down death

BOSTON (AP) -- A Boston man accused of running down and killing another man with a vehicle is headed to court.

Prosecutors say Antwan Wathey is scheduled to be arraigned Monday in Dorchester District Court on a murder charge stemming from the April 13 death of 20-year-old James Taylor.

Wathey was apprehended in California over the weekend.

Investigators say evidence suggests that the 24-year-old Wathey and Taylor were involved in an argument and Wathey drove a motor vehicle at Taylor, striking and killing him.

It was not clear if Wathey had a lawyer.
